Following his arrest on March 1, 2026, Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue Allman has been officially indicted on a felony criminal mischief charge, as per theprp. Allman, who has long battled substance abuse, was taken into custody twice within a single week after a string of erratic events. The first incident occurred on February 27 at St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH, where he allegedly gained entry by pretending to be a prospective student’s parent. Following a confrontation in the dining hall, he was charged with simple assault (two counts), criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct.

Just days later, on March 1, Allman was arrested again after allegedly forcing his way into a New Hampshire residence while an occupant was home. According to police reports, Allman shattered a glass back door to get inside and was sitting on the couch smoking a cigarette when officers arrived, insisting he had permission to be there. The terrified resident hid in a closet to call 911. That break-in resulted in charges of burglary, criminal mischief (two counts), and breach of bail, to which he pleaded not guilty. According to WMUR, a grand jury has now formally indicted him on the criminal mischief charge. Allman has spent much of the subsequent time hospitalized and is set to undergo a competency hearing this autumn regarding the February incident, with an arraignment on the felony charge expected next month.

These legal troubles follow repeated attempts by his mother, pop icon Cher, to gain temporary conservatorship over his finances due to his severe mental health and addiction struggles. Allman receives an annual trust fund payout of approximately $120,000 from the estate of his late father, rock legend Gregg Allman, though courts have continuously denied Cher’s conservatorship petitions so far.

Formed in Los Angeles in 1995 by frontman Elijah Blue Allman, Deadsy is an American rock band known for its theatrical aesthetic and 1980s-inspired gothic rock sound. The group’s signature style heavily incorporates analog keyboards, synth-driven guitars, and Allman’s distinct baritone vocals. Backed by a dedicated fanbase known as “the Legion,” Deadsy initially signed with Sire Records, though their planned 1997 self-titled debut was ultimately shelved just before release.
