Clutch reunite with producer Machine for fourteenth album

Clutch are gearing up for their next sonic adventure, and they’re bringing a familiar face back behind the boards. The Maryland rock veterans have confirmed that their longtime collaborator Machine—best known for his work with Lamb of God and Eighteen Visions—will be producing their upcoming fourteenth studio album.

Machine previously helmed some of the band’s most iconic records, including “Blast Tyrant”, “Earth Rocker”, and “Psychic Warfare”, all of which have become fan favorites for their raw energy and sharp grooves.

Speaking to That Fuzzing Rock Show, vocalist and guitarist Neil Fallon revealed that pre-production kicks off soon: “We’re currently working on the next record… Actually, we’re gonna start our very first pre-production week this coming Monday with Machine.” Sounds like the gears are already turning.

True to form, Clutch aren’t planning to wait until the album drops to road-test new material. They’ve got an extensive run of tour dates lined up across North America and Europe, and Fallon hinted that fans might get a taste of what’s to come during these shows.
