Catch Your Breath drop heartbreak anthem ‘Lost’

Author Benedetta Baldin - 23.1.2026

Rising alternative rock band Catch Your Breath unveils ‘Lost’, out now via Thriller Records. The track arrives accompanied by a music video and dives deep into the aftermath of a relationship that ended without closure, the kind of loss that leaves a permanent mark.

On the new single, vocalist Josh Mowery shares:
“This one is for the ones who lost a piece of them without being able to try to fix it, left alone, in the dark, lost without them.”

Lost’ explores the devastating reality of waking up to an empty bed and an emptier heart, left behind with everything that was never said. Those late night moments when regret hits hardest, replaying every memory and sitting with the weight of what went wrong. For anyone who’s ever felt like they lost a part of themselves when someone walked away, ‘Lost’ puts words to that ache, that desperate wish to turn back time and make things right before it all fell apart.
