Rising alternative rock band Catch Your Breath unveils ‘Lost’, out now via Thriller Records. The track arrives accompanied by a music video and dives deep into the aftermath of a relationship that ended without closure, the kind of loss that leaves a permanent mark.

‘Lost’ explores the devastating reality of waking up to an empty bed and an emptier heart, left behind with everything that was never said. A fresh, burgeoning alt-rock band based out of Austin, Texas. CYB made a powerhouse appearance at Sonic Temple and Welcome To Rockville in 2024 as well as Welcome To Rockville, Aftershock Festival, and Blue Ridge Rock Festival in 2023. 2025 is set up to be an epic year for the band, with dominating their first ever U.S. headlining tour as well as a EU/UK headlining tour, and festival appearances at Inkcarceration, Louder Than Life, and Unhinged Festival.
