Call Me Amour announce self-titled EP and share ‘The Way That You Are’

Author Benedetta Baldin - 9.10.2026

Today, Call Me Amour are making a very special announcement. The fast-rising UK four piece are set to release their final EP, marking the end of an important chapter for the band.

After years of evolving, experimenting and pushing into different corners of the genre, Call Me Amour feel they’ve finally found the sound that represents them best. Recorded at Amour Studios on the Isle of Man, the EP brings those influences together into their most focused and confident release to date.

Speaking on the EP, the band shares:
“We’re incredibly proud of this record. It feels like everything we’ve explored as a band has led us here.”

To celebrate the announcement, the band have shared a brand new single and music video for ‘The Way That You Are’. The new single follows the release of 2025’s ‘Wrong Direction’, which will also appear on the band’s upcoming EP.

Speaking on the new single, guitarist Geoff Murphy comments:
“‘The Way That You Are’ started life as a heavy rock/blues riff, but we wanted to give it a different energy, bringing in a dirty, bass-heavy sound inspired by our love of big electronic music, particularly Wiley’s ‘Brand New Rolex’ and Kele’s ‘Tenderoni’. We had a lot of fun with the video too, leaning into that 1950s high-school rock ’n’ roll vibe, with a little nod to our mutual love of Grease.”

Vocalist Harry Radford adds:
“’The Way That You Are’ was one of those songs we kept pulling apart and putting back together until it finally clicked. We love the sound and energy of it, and the video was an absolute blast to shoot. There are definitely some nods to bands and iconic music videos we grew up loving, so I’m sure people will spot a few influences.

“Massive love to Sitcom Soldiers, who’ve brought our crazy ideas to life since day one, and to all the actors, friends and beautiful misfits who made this one happen. We love you all!”
