Buckcherry: Tenth studio album will be released in June 2023

The American rockers Buckcherry have announced a new album release for 2023. The yet untitled album is scheduled for a release in June 2023, with “the first track and video from album number 10” coming in March 2023. Buckcherry‘s ninth studio album “Hellbound” was released on 25 June 2021 via Earache Records, Round Hill Records and Sony Japan.

Already during autumn 2022, Buckcherry worked on their upcoming tenth studio album at the Sienna Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, together with songwriter, record producer and musician Marti Frederiksen. At the same time, the quintet around frontman Josh Todd is touring extensively in the United States. The fans in Europe and the UK have not been forgotten, though:

“We have received many posts about the band coming back to the UK and we just wanted to say, we see you. We were very disappointed to have cancelled the December 2021 shows but, due to COVID restrictions, we truly had no choice. Being an American band, if anyone in our party had tested positive, they would have had to cancel shows and stay in isolation for 10 days. With that added cost, the tour would be a financial loss. We are totally committed to playing the UK and Europe on the next album cycle not just for our incredible fans, but we also owe it to our great label Earache Records, who delivered us a #1 album and two top 5 singles. This is absolutely a major priority. Stay tuned for further details.”
