Swedish death metal outfit Bloodbath will return to Australia in early 2027 for a seven-date tour with Brazilian extreme metal veterans NervoChaos. The run begins on February 27 at Perth Dethfest and concludes on March 7 at Melbourne Dethfest.

The dates were confirmed by Australian promoter Your Mate Bookings, which says the tour will mark Bloodbath’s first Australian appearances since 2019. NervoChaos are scheduled to join them for the full run, with both acts taking part in festival appearances at the beginning and end of the itinerary.

The confirmed dates are:

  • February 27 – Perth, Australia – Perth Dethfest (Rosemount Hotel)
  • February 28 – Adelaide, Australia – Lion Arts Factory
  • March 2 – Hobart, Australia – Altar Bar
  • March 4 – Brisbane, Australia – Crowbar
  • March 5 – Sydney, Australia – Crowbar
  • March 6 – Canberra, Australia – The Baso
  • March 7 – Melbourne, Australia – Melbourne Dethfest (The Croxton)

Tickets and venue-specific booking links are listed on the promoter’s official tour page. The announced itinerary is confined to Australia; no Finnish date is attached to this particular tour.

Bloodbath were formed in 1998 and have built their reputation around old-school Swedish death metal, while São Paulo’s NervoChaos have been active since the 1990s. The pairing brings together two established names from different parts of the extreme metal scene.
