American pop punk trio Blink-182 has postponed their Mexico and South American tour dates to 2024 due to Travis Barker‘s finger injury.

Barker went into surgery for the injury, which he sustained during rehearsals for the band’s upcoming world tour. Last month, he dislocated and tore the ligaments in his finger while he was playing the drums, before hurting it again in another rehearsal weeks later.

Blink-182‘s frontman, Tom DeLonge, officially broke the news Wednesday and stated that they had to postpone Mexico and several Central and South American countries to see them some other time. The tour was set to kick off in Tijuana on March 11.
