Avenged Sevenfold and Good Charlotte will collaborate on a North American tour scheduled for the upcoming summer, as blabbermouth.net reports. This event signifies a rare convergence of two highly influential bands with longstanding connections and a history of camaraderie spanning several decades.
Both groups have significantly contributed to their respective domains within rock music, and this tour serves to honor their shared history, mutual respect, and musical bond established early in their careers. Promoted by Live Nation, the 16-city itinerary begins on July 25 in Ridgedale, Missouri, with subsequent performances in Shakopee, Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Toronto, Montreal, New York, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, and other locations, culminating on August 27 at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona.
For Avenged Sevenfold, this tour follows the release of their new single, “Magic,” which became available across streaming platforms on December 6, 2025. The band debuted the track recently in the latest season of “Call Of Duty” Black Ops 7 and independently released it, reflecting their ongoing artistic ambitions.
Multi-platinum rock ensemble Good Charlotte marked their resurgence in August with the launch of “Motel Du Cap,” their inaugural album in seven years. The album received extensive positive reception, with Rolling Stone praising its “unrelenting energy,” and Paper asserting that Good Charlotte has cemented their status as a dominant and influential act of the 21st century.
Priority tickets will be initially available to members of Avenged Sevenfold’s Deathbats Club, as well as Early Access Ticketpass holders of Avenged Sevenfold and Good Charlotte. The request window opens on Monday, December 8 at 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET through https://a7xgc.request.ticketmaster.com/ for U.S. shows and https://cada7xgc.request.ticketmaster.ca for Canadian shows.
The reservation period will close on Tuesday, December 9 at 7 p.m. PT / 10 p.m. ET, with requests being processed and confirmed on Wednesday, December 10. TicketPass is a reward system implemented on both bands’ new verification-based platform, developed collaboratively by Avenged Sevenfold and Bitflips.
Deathbat Rewards and Good Charlotte Rewards constitute a complimentary loyalty program that fans can join using an email address or digital wallet. Members accrue points through activities such as streaming music, purchasing merchandise, and attending concerts, enabling access to various benefits as they progress through different levels during the season.
During the presale, fans authenticate their access via their Dapp wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase) or email accounts before submitting ticket requests. Following the request period, confirmation will be sent by Ticketmaster if tickets matching the fan’s preferences are secured.
This process ensures exclusive access for token-holding fans and aims to safeguard genuine supporters from bots, scalpers, and early dynamic pricing strategies. Additional presales will occur throughout the week prior to the general sale, which begins on Friday, December 12 at 10 a.m. local time on LiveNation.com.
Avenged Sevenfold will provide two exclusive VIP experiences. One includes a behind-the-scenes backstage tour led by a crew member, offering fans an insider perspective on the production process. The other features early access to merchandise, which includes a unique collectible item and additional venue privileges.
Good Charlotte will also offer specialized VIP packages designed for dedicated fans seeking proximity to the performance. These benefits encompass early entry to secure optimal viewing positions, an exclusive merchandise item bearing the band’s branding, and a VIP laminate adorned with artwork from “Motel Du Cap” created by Benji Madden.
Additional onsite advantages are included, and VIP attendees will have the opportunity to participate in selecting a charitable donation from a portion of the VIP sales proceeds.
