Avenged Sevenfold joins forces with Asphalt Legends Unite racing game

Iconic metal band Avenged Sevenfold has announced their integration into the popular arcade racing game Asphalt Legends Unite. Starting January 15, players can race to the band’s music while collecting exclusive time-limited items.

We are excited to team up with the iconic racing game, Asphalt Legends Unite,” the band stated. “You can speed through intense arcade races, perform stunts, and unlock bespoke decals inspired by our discography.

The latest installment in the successful Asphalt franchise marks a significant milestone by introducing cross-platform play, allowing racers across different gaming systems to compete together for the first time. This development opens new doors for both casual players and esports enthusiasts, featuring global competitions, platform-specific tournaments, and live stage finals.

Game Features and Modes

The game offers various exciting modes beyond its traditional Career mode:

  • 20-player Grand Prix races
  • Bi-annual Drive Syndicate events set in a criminal underworld
  • New Team Pursuit mode: An asymmetric multiplayer experience pitting 5 Syndicate players against 3 Security pursuers

Players can now also create private lobbies to race with friends, with hosts having control over various parameters including track selection, car class, racing mode, and lap numbers. The private lobby feature includes a spectator option, enhancing possibilities for esports events.
