Army of the Ants brought the ruckus to Leeds: Photos of The Prodigy live at the First Direct Arena

Legendary ravers The Prodigy brought power, fire and explosive energy to Leeds on the 18th of November. Soft Play (previously known as ‘Slaves’) supported The Prodigy, and they did it perfectly. Drum hitting, guitar riffing, going into the crowd and shouting the lyrics set the mood for the night. Liam Howlett, Maxim, Rob Holliday and Leo Crabtree took the stage after DJ Jack Saunder’s set, and the arena went mental. Stage design, lightning show, music, the tribute to the late and beloved Keith Flint, dancing, screaming, Maxim’s control over the crowd – all of this made the night unforgettable. Throughout the years, The Prodigy has gained one of the most solid fan bases in the music industry. They combined music styles and brought together music fans of many different genres – from rave to metal, from punk to drum and bass – which makes the band one of the most intriguing and diverse acts to this day.
