Armored Saint to support Saxon on February 2027 UK and Ireland tour

American heavy metal veterans Armored Saint have been confirmed as special guests on Saxon’s February 2027 “Gods of Thunder” tour of the UK and Ireland. The 11-date run opens at The Civic Hall in Wolverhampton on February 13 and concludes at London’s Eventim Apollo on February 27.

The announcement adds the California group to a headline itinerary that Saxon had previously revealed. The dates bring together two long-established names in traditional heavy metal, and concert listings now include both bands. Ticket information is available through Gigantic Tickets.

For Saxon, the shows follow the planned January 2027 release of their 25th studio album, “Gods of Thunder”. Chaoszine previously reported on the record’s announcement.

Armored Saint, meanwhile, released their ninth studio album, “Emotion Factory Reset”, in May 2026 through Metal Blade Records. Bassist Joey Vera produced the record, which includes tracks such as “Close to the Bone” and “Every Man-Any Man”. Before joining Saxon in Europe, the group have North American dates with Metal Church scheduled for November.
