Alkaline Trio announce Atom Willard as their new drummer
American punk rock band Alkaline Trio has hired Atom Willard as their new drummer. The group took social media to share the news.
The Chicago-based group has moved quickly to find a new drummer after the recent departure of longtime stickman Derek Grant earlier this month.
Willard is a well-known drummer who has played with several notable musical acts such as Rocket From The Crypt, Special Goodness, The Offspring, Angels & Airwaves, Danko Jones, and Against Me!, among others. He has also collaborated with Alkaline Trio‘s Matt Skiba on side projects like theHELL and, more recently, Lektron
