December #1: Hanoi Rocks

It’s December and the time has come to launch the advent calendar again! The idea of the calendar is that there will be 24 different prizes up for grabs in 24 different competitions which will all last one day. One competition will be open for 24 hours and then we announce the next one and end the old one during this Christmas time (please note that there can be small delays in picking up the winners due to Christmas time being really busy for us all but every winner will be picked by December 25th.

Hanoi Rocks released a new version of “Oriental Beat” album on March 17th on deluxe vinyl, CD and digital formats. Dubbed the “re(al) mix”, this 40th anniversary edition was mixed by Petri Majuri at E-Studios in Finland in collaboration with the band. Vocalist Michael Monroe calls this release “the longest and slowest album project ever,” stating that “40 years in the making, it’s not just a remix, but the REAL MIX supervised and approved by Hanoi Rocks”.
