Some bands simply don’t need an introduction, and A Perfect Circle are one of them. Making their long-awaited debut at Gröna Lund, they delivered a masterclass in atmosphere, musicianship and emotional weight.
From the haunting opening notes of “The Package” to the crushing finale of “Judith“, every moment felt deliberate. The setlist struck the perfect balance between fan favourites and deeper cuts, taking the crowd on a journey through one of alternative rock’s most compelling works.
One of the evening’s biggest highlights wasn’t even musical — it was the strict no-phone policy.
It reminded me of a simple, but powerful truth: when we disconnect from ourselves, we disconnect from everything around us. This concert was about being present and finding the balance – A Perfect Circle within ourselves!
Thank you, Maynard! Chaoszine and I were honored to cover the show from the pit!
See you in Sweden again this October with Puscifer.
