A Day To Remember announce special anniversary edition of “Bad Vibrations”

September 2nd marked the tenth anniversary of A Day To Remember’s sixth studio album, “Bad Vibrations.” That effort has also now been given a 10th anniversary vinyl pressing across many distinct colorways, along with a corresponding merch capsule. Copies are currently available through this URL.

In 2003, guitarist Tom Denney and drummer Bobby Scruggs created the American rock group A Day to Remember in Ocala, Florida. They are renowned for fusing pop-punk and metalcore. Lead guitarist Kevin Skaff, percussionist/drummer Alex Shelnutt, rhythm guitarist Neil Westfall, and singer Jeremy McKinnon make up the current lineup. Shelnutt took Scruggs’ position in 2006 when Scruggs signed with Indianola Records for their debut album, “And Their Name Was Treason” (2005). The group recorded “For Those Who Have Heart” (2007) for Victory Records later that year. Before recording and releasing “Homesick” (2009), they performed at a number of festivals and went on multiple tours of the United States and the United Kingdom.

Skaff took Denney’s position while “Homesick” was on tour. The band embarked on a global tour to promote their new album, “What Separates Me from You” (2010), shortly after its release. The band has been suing Victory Records over their recording contract since 2011. The band was granted permission to self-release additional albums until a final decision was made in October 2013. That month, “Common Courtesy”, their fifth album, was released. The group’s sixth album, “Bad Vibrations”, was released in 2016. On March 5, 2021, they made their debut with “Fuelled by Ramen” with the release of their seventh album, “You’re Welcome”. On February 18, 2025, the band’s most recent album, “Big Ole Album Vol. 1”, was released.
