Greek black metal outfit Yoth Iria has shared the video for “Blessed Be He Who Enters,” the latest single from their upcoming third album “Gone with the Devil.” The record arrives on May 8, 2026, via Metal Blade Records.

The Athens-based quartet follows 2021’s “As the Flame Withers” and 2024’s “Blazing Inferno” with this new effort. The band says the songwriting built on previous work but pushed into new territory. They kept the immediacy of “Blazing Inferno” and the psychedelic character of “As the Flame Withers,” while adding elements they had not used before.

On the themes of “Blessed Be He Who Enters,” the band explains the song addresses pride and strength in adversity, defiance of tyranny, and the pursuit of freedom and higher knowledge. More broadly, they describe their creative identity as centred on darkness, mystique, and spiritual intensity, drawing musical inspiration from classic rock, heavy metal, and various extreme metal artists.

Bassist and lyricist Jim Mutilator co-founded Rotting Christ in 1984, then spent several years as a founding member of Varathron, giving the band deep roots in the Hellenic black metal tradition. “Gone with the Devil” arrives on CD, digital, and several vinyl variants.
