Wounded Touch releases two songs from their upcoming album – featuring Still Remains vocalist

US metal band Wounded Touch has released two new songs “Choleradio” and “The Damning Variable”. A music video for the latter was released at the same time and the song features Still Remains vocalist T.J. Miller.

The songs are taken from the forthcoming album “A Vivid Depiction of Collapse”, which will be released on May 16 via Smartpunk Records.

The band said that “The Damning Variable” deals with the use of artificial intelligence and its possible mandatory use in art making. They criticise this direction of development, saying it is a soulless way of creating art. According to the band, AI can only imitate, but cannot create true art, which is born out of human imperfections and the need to create.
