Fans buying products during the diamond-certified nu metal kingpins’ European/UK tour this week saw subtly printed references to a URL for the movie on stickers and merchandise sold at their gigs, suggesting that Linkin Park is teasing a new film project called “Unshatter”, as per theprp. As of the time of publication, that URL — unshattermovie.com — seems to be more of a placeholder. Notably, the group filmed their performance at São Paulo, Brazil’s Allianz Parque on November 15, 2024. A live concert film of that set was originally slated for 2025, but those preparations were eventually postponed. It remains to be seen if this fresh tease is ultimately connected to that footage.
Upcoming shows:
The American rock group Linkin Park was founded in 1996 in Agoura Hills, California. Vocalist/rhythm guitarist/keyboardist Mike Shinoda, lead guitarist Brad Delson, DJ/turntablist Joe Hahn, bassist Dave Farrell, vocalist Emily Armstrong, and drummer Colin Brittain make up the band’s current roster. Lead singer Chester Bennington and drummer Rob Bourdon were featured on the band’s first seven studio albums. Following Bennington’s suicide in July 2017, the group had a seven-year break, during which time Bourdon decided to leave the group. Armstrong and Brittain were added, and Linkin Park‘s revival was revealed in September 2024.
