Wayne Lozniak, guitarist for Hatebreed, has provided an update on his impending brain tumor surgery. It was announced earlier this month that Lozinak will be taking a leave of absence from the band because, while on tour in Europe, he was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor. Speaking on June 29, Lozinak stated that he hopes to schedule the upcoming procedure’s surgery as soon as possible. Matt Bachand of Shadows Fall will be filling up for Lozinak as Hatebreed continues their tour intentions. Carl Schwartz of First Blood will fill in on bass. Prior to Chris Beattie’s termination in late 2024, Bachand had been stepping in on bass.
