Finnish melodic death metal powerhouse Warmen, led by former Children of Bodom keyboardist Janne “Warman” Wirman, has unveiled the second single “Nine Lives” from their upcoming album “Band Of Brothers”. The song follows the release of the title track earlier this year and arrives as anticipation builds for the full album’s debut on August 15th, 2025 via Reaper Entertainment.

Formed in Espoo in 2000 as a neoclassical-metal side project, the band evolved into its full form and shifted to a melodic death metal style with the addition of vocalist Petri Lindroos in 2023. That change was first showcased on their previous album “Here for None”, and now reaches new heights on “Band Of Brothers”.

The upcoming album features 11 tracks, including “Band Of Brothers”, “One More Year”, “Nine Lives”, and a cover of Stratovarius“The Kiss Of Judas”. It was recorded in multiple studios and polished in the legendary Finnvox studios by renowned engineers Mikko Karmila and Mika Jussila.

Janne Wirman describes “Band Of Brothers” as the first album truly crafted by the current lineup—himself, his brother Antti on guitars, Jyri Helko on bass, Seppo Tarvainen on drums, and Lindroos on vocals—capturing a heavier, more cohesive band sound.
