Voivod release animated video for “Morgöth Tales”
Voivod have just released a commemorative 40th anniversary album “Morgöth Tales” on July 21, a compilation of newly re-recorded versions of tracks from all eras of the band’s career. The title track is a new song, and a music video for it has also been released.
Drummer Michael “Away” Langevin said of that song:
The title track is a new song, which we started writing in the tour bus and hotels during the Opeth European tour in November/December 2022. It has the vibe of the experimental music we are doing nowadays, with a new twist I think.
