On November 9, Nailbomb performed live for the first time since 1995 at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona, as part of the ‘Max Cavalera Dynasty’ event. Max Cavalera and Alex Newport (Fudge Tunnel) founded the industrial metal group, which released “Point Blank” in 1994 and finished with a live album titled “Proud To Commit Commercial Suicide”. Both Newport and Max’s brother, Iggor Cavalera, chose not to participate in this special reunion. Rather, Max put together a band that included sampler Alex Cha (Pig Destroyer), Adam Jarvis (Misery Index/Pig Destroyer) on drums, Travis Stone (Pig Destroyer) on guitar, and Johny Chow (ex-Stone Sour) on bass. You can find some fan-shot video footage here.
