Tuska Friday gathered a record attendance with the mighty Megadeth on their farewell tour

Tuska’s opening day in Suvilahti, Helsinki, broke last year’s daily attendance record and gathered 23,000 heavy music fans. Friday was crowned by the mighty Megadeth, who are on their farewell tour. Megadeth was warmed up by, among others, the Arizonan death metal band Gatecreeper, who opened the day, Finnish modern metal leader Lost Society, Welsh ragga metal band Skindred, Japanese metal legend Loudness, US cosmic death metal band Blood Incantation and genre-defying Finnish band Nenerchy.
