Tool lowered the price of their upcoming vinyl release due to fan outrage – but the price is still pretty salty
Progressive metal band Tool had priced the special vinyl version of their “Fear Inoculum” album at a pretty hefty price. The “Ultra deluxe” version of the album cost a whopping $810.
However, public outcry from fans prompted the band to lower the price of the vinyl set. However, in the end, the price was reduced by a mere $60, and is currently $750.
