American emo outfit The World Is a Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid to Die have unveiled their latest single, “Dissolving,” the seventh track from their eagerly anticipated fifth full-length, “Dreams of Being Dust”. The album—set to arrive August 22nd via Epitaph Records—follows their 2021 release, Illusory Walls.
“Dissolving” brings a moment of calm amid the album’s heavier, more intense direction. Building on previous singles like “Auguries of Guilt,” “Beware the Centrist,” and “Se Sufre Pero Se Goza,” this new track offers a more minimal, contemplative atmosphere while preserving the band’s experimental edge.
“Dreams of Being Dust” features eleven tracks that reflect the band’s shift into denser, more politically charged territory. The album was produced by guitarist Chris Teti and Greg Thomas, and mastered by Will Putney.
“Dissolving” demonstrates the band’s versatility, integrating atmospheric instrumentation and subtle emotional resonance. It arrives ahead of the full album’s release and has already generated excitement among the group’s dedicated fanbase.
