Author Alina Salihbekova - 6.2.2023

After tour postponements, Apocalyptica and Epica finally came to Nottingham, which was one hell of a show. Epica was the first band to perform. It was apparent that all members of the band were excited to be on stage. The energy was spectacular. Epica turned Rock City into a dance floor with their groovy metal riffs and symphonic melodies. Apocalyptica came on stage after them and immediately the room was filled with loud cheering. It was clear that fans were thrilled to finally see the legendary cellists. The band’s setlist consisted of their most well-known Metallica covers, such songs as “I Don’t Care” and “I’m Not Jesus“, and also some new material.

All members of Apocalyptica, together with the vocalist Franky Perez, were at the top of the game. Also, their sense of humor and friendly demeanor made the show even more enjoyable. You can see the photos of both bands performing at the Rock City, Nottingham.
