The new album by Dark Angels will be out in September – check out all the details

“Extinction Level Event,” Dark Angel‘s fifth studio album and their first since 1991, will now be released on September 5th by Reversed Records. Rob Shallcross (Overkill, Fear Factory), who also serves as the band’s manager and the head of the label listed above, produced and engineered this return effort from the Californian thrashers. Mixing was done by Mike Fraser (Metallica, AC/DC).

Musically, lyrically, and vocally, I’m so stoked about this album. I’m really excited about Dark Angel right now. And everyone who’s heard the new album is losing their minds. Gene Hoglan
