German metalcore outfit The Narrator is back with a bang! The band just released a brand new single, “Unbind Me”, marking their first official release since signing with Nuclear Blast. The track hits hard with relentless energy and crushing heaviness, all while maintaining the melodic punch fans have come to expect.
“Unbind Me” was mastered by none other than Ted Jensen, the legendary engineer behind works by Bring Me the Horizon, Mastodon, and Korn. Alongside the single, the band dropped a visually charged music video directed by Daniel Prieß, capturing the raw intensity that fuels the track.
“Unbind Me marks a fresh chapter for us – with our new partners and a strong team by our side. The video, brought to life by the amazing Daniel Prieß, captures all the energy we put into this song. We can’t wait to play it live on our upcoming shows this summer and fall.“
The band commented.
Formed in 2017 in Germany’s Ruhr area, The Narrator has been turning heads with their dynamic live performances and powerful studio work. Their debut album, “Lore”, released in 2024, quickly gained traction, racking up over 6.5 million streams on Spotify alone.
