The Halo Effect, a Swedish melodic death metal ensemble, just released a rendition of the Danzig song “How The Gods Kill” from 1992. Some members of The Halo Effect‘s roster, like vocalist Mikael Stanne, are In Flames veterans who have had success in other bands, like Dark Tranquillity.
