The first taste of new Fear Factory music will arrive this month

Guitarist Dino Cazares of Fear Factory revealed last month that the group will release their first new single from their upcoming eleventh album in August, as per theprp. A speculative social media post made by Cazares earlier on August 4th seems to suggest that the music may be coming available on August 29th, however specifics are still a little hazy. Although a Saturday is an unusual release date in and of itself, it also happens to be the fictional anniversary of the day the Skynet in the “Terminator” trilogy became self-aware. This film series has influenced the lyrics of Fear Factory over the years.

There is a lot of emphasis on this new studio album because it will be the band’s first without vocalist Burton C. Bell. Before the release of “Aggression Continuum” in 2021, the latter had a bitter falling out with the group. As a result, this new album is Fear Factory‘s debut featuring vocalist Milo Silvestro, who took over for him in 2023.
