Metalcore crew The Crimson Armada is pushing their comeback even further with a blistering new single titled “Eternal Thrall”. Clocking in at under two minutes, the track features none other than Sanguisugabogg frontman Devin Swank, whose guttural guest spot brings some serious death metal weight to the already pummeling song.
This latest offering continues the band’s fiery return, which kicked off late last year. Originally formed in 2007, The Crimson Armada called it quits in 2012 before roaring back to life in 2023 with new material like “Ancient Call”. Their previous full-length releases — “Guardians” (2009) and “Conviction” (2011) — helped define their early sound, but the current era sees them diving headfirst into even darker and heavier territory.
So far, the rebirth includes other brutal singles such as “Revelations II” and “Man and Beast”, the latter featuring a guest appearance from renowned producer Joey Sturgis on vocals.
“Eternal Thrall” is available now on all major streaming platforms. Fans have been quick to praise the song’s menacing tone and crushing delivery — proof that The Crimson Armada is back and more savage than ever.
