Kansas City electronic metal outfit The Browning return with a rebuilt version of their early anthem, releasing “Not Alone [Evolved]” across streaming today. You can hear it now below and on streaming platforms.

The new cut reimagines “Not Alone” from the band’s 2011 era, tightening the electronics and beefing up the low end while keeping that huge, rallying hook. The original remains a staple from the “Burn This World” cycle, and this update brings it into the group’s current, heavier sound. Because of that contrast, The Browning “Not Alone [Evolved]” hits with both nostalgia and fresh energy.

According to the band’s rollout, “Not Alone [Evolved]” is part of a broader series that revisits and rebuilds material from “Burn This World.” Frontman and producer Jonny McBee has been teasing the project on socials, noting that the record was recreated from scratch. Therefore, fans can expect more upgraded tracks to follow.

The release arrives on the heels of The Browning’s recent singles “EVOLVE,” “OVERLORD,” and “Blue (Da Ba Dee),” which set the tone for this modernized phase. In addition, the band’s 2025 activity follows the expanded “OMNI [ULTRA]” compilation and a busy live schedule. Today’s drop continues that momentum and underlines why the Kansas City crew remains a unique crossover force.
