A North American tour commemorating the tenth anniversary of “Fever Daydream” will mark The Black Queen’s comeback after a seven-year hiatus, featuring former The Dillinger Escape Plan vocalist Greg Puciato and Steven Ryan Alexander, as per Blabbermouth. Beginning on May 8 in Portland and ending in early June, the performances will include the full 10-song album as well as songs from The Black Queen’s “Infinite Games” sophomore album. The artist pre-sale, which is only available to subscribers of The Black Queen email list, will begin Thursday, February 19 at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets will go on sale tomorrow Friday, February 20 at 10 a.m. local time. Through TheBlackQueen.com, people can register to get a code.

There will be a tour-only version of the album’s tenth anniversary edition. According to Rolling Stone, which reported “echoes of Depeche Mode, Aphex Twin, and Massive Attack, as well as strong R&B strands,” SPIN called it “a brutalist Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis,” and New Noise described “Fever Daydream” as “an incredibly diverse listen, where melodies and moods may carry over throughout the album but each song is its own distinct animal.” The Black Queen released the album in January 2016.” “Ice To Never,” “Secret Scream,” and “Maybe We Should” are the three singles that came from the album.
