Todd Tombleson, the band’s drummer, will have spine surgery in an attempt to improve his declining health. The band is providing the following information overnight.
UPDATE ON UPCOMING SHOWS
We are very sad to share that we will not be appearing at Froth and Fury or Life’s A Beach over this coming month. Our drummer Todd has a long-term spinal injury that has deteriorated significantly recently and he requires surgery.
As a band we believe in prioritising health and wellbeing, and with some time we will be back at full strength.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to playing again (with new music…)
SWIPE TO SEE THE MRI OF TODD’S CURSED BACK
Being a horrible bitch is the theme of Terminal Sleep. Raising hell with a cause, the band incorporates catharsis and turmoil into every song, supported by intense live performances.
Terminal Sleep, based in Melbourne, Australia (Naarm), but with roots in Melbourne, Hobart, New Zealand (Aotearoa), and the Philippines, made a big impression with their catchy groove, fast-paced guitars, and fierce vocals.
In 2022, the band released their first hit, “Death Therapy,” and they haven’t looked back. They crashed over the European summer festival scene in 2025 with the same unmistakable presence, sharing stages with Kublai Khan, Gideon, Gates To Hell, Harm’s Way, Counterparts, Dying Wish, and Speed.
Terminal Sleep inked a worldwide deal with Nuclear Blast Records in July 2025.
Terminal Sleep are:
Bec Thorwesten | Vocals
Todd Tombleson | Drums
William Robinson | Guitar
Dustin Santos | Bass
