Being a horrible bitch is the theme of Terminal Sleep. Raising hell with a cause, the band incorporates catharsis and turmoil into every song, supported by intense live performances.

Terminal Sleep, based in Melbourne, Australia (Naarm), but with roots in Melbourne, Hobart, New Zealand (Aotearoa), and the Philippines, made a big impression with their catchy groove, fast-paced guitars, and fierce vocals.

In 2022, the band released their first hit, “Death Therapy,” and they haven’t looked back. They crashed over the European summer festival scene in 2025 with the same unmistakable presence, sharing stages with Kublai KhanGideonGates To HellHarm’s WayCounterpartsDying Wish, and Speed
