The arctic saga of Suotana reaches its pinnacle: the new album “OUNAS II” is unleashed today on CD, vinyl, and all streaming platforms – and to mark the occasion, the band presents the breathtaking video for “Winter Visions”.

A central piece of “OUNAS II”, “Winter Visions” encapsulates the band’s signature blend of sweeping melodies, ferocious riffing, and lyrical storytelling rooted deep in the myth and nature of the North. The track paints a vivid portrait of winter’s eternal embrace – a frozen realm where the veil between reality and dream blurs, echoing both melancholy and triumph.

Ounas II is a natural continuation of the journey we started with Ounas I. It’s incredibly rewarding to finally share this release with the world, and we’re all genuinely proud of what we’ve created. With strong roots in Lapland and traces of Finnish mythology woven throughout, Ounas II explores stories that sometimes turn out to be true even if they sound absolutely beyond belief.
