Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley will publish his memoir in October 2024

Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley has announced the publication of his memoir, “WALKING DISASTER – My Life Through Heaven And Hell”:

“I am extremely honored and excited to announce that I have a memoir called ‘WALKING DISASTER, My Life Through Heaven and Hell’, which will be published by Gallery Books and released on October 8th.”

In the summary of a pre-order link, it says, amongst other things, that “Walking Disaster is Deryck’s story, but it is also the untold story of Sum 41.”

The Canadian rockers are currently travelling the globe, playing their farewell tour. After two final shows in their home country Canada at the end of January 2025, Sum 41 are going to disband. Sum 41‘s upcoming 8th studio album “Heaven :x: Hell” will be released on 29 March 2024 via Rise Records and can be pre-ordered here. “Heaven :x: Hell” is a double album and also the final studio album that the quintet will release.
