Slipknot’s digital riddle unfolds as countdown will end shortly
A countdown timer has been added to a mysterious teaser website that the Slipknot camp recently built. It looks like the reveal is scheduled for this coming Monday, July 21st. The majority of that website, 742617000027.net, seems to be related to the band’s preparations for a forthcoming 25th anniversary deluxe self-titled 1999 album. The multi-platinum masked metallers have been increasing the teasing for their upcoming album in recent weeks and have given a number of clues that it is imminent. Numerous allusions to the initial period of that album’s touring and promotional cycle can also be found throughout the website itself.
