Sleep Theory release video for “Words Are Worthless (Live at O2 Forum Kentish Town)”

A live video for Sleep Theory‘s song “Words Are Worthless” has been released, as per theprp. The video was captured during the alternative rock group’s performance in London, England’s O2 Forum Kentish Town on February 12, 2026. just won this year’s “iHeartRadio Music Awards” for “Best New Rock Artist.” In June, Sleep Theory will return abroad to try their hand at the yearly European and UK festival circuit. Sleep Theory‘s debut album “Afterglow,” which they published through Epitaph in May 2025, concludes with “Words Are Worthless.“

Sleep Theory was founded in the year 2019 and is made up of drummer Ben Pruitt, bassist Paolo Vergara, guitarist/unclean vocalist Daniel Pruitt, and vocalist Cullen Moore. Moore, a US Army veteran, started the band as a solo endeavor before Vergara joined. The singles “Another Way” and “Numb” were published prior to their debut EP, “Paper Hearts”, which was released in 2023. Over the following few months, the EP received over 33 million streams. They revealed their debut album, “Afterglow”, on February 5, 2025; it was released on May 16, 2025. Along with Falling In Reverse, Nevertel, Oxymorrons, Strayview, Papa Roach, and The Used, they supported the record by touring the United States from August to December 2025.
