Skunk Anansie at rainy Helsinki – see photos from the show

Rain did little to deter Skunk Anansie’s fans, as the energetic veterans of British rock took the stage at a sold-out Allas Sea Pool show. The evening was grey and damp, but the band’s intense performance lit up the atmosphere from the very first notes.

Vocalist Skin was in her element — charismatic and powerful as ever. The crowd was fully engaged, and the rain seemed to bother no one as hits like “Weak” and “Twisted” echoed through the Helsinki night. The set moved smoothly between classic tracks and newer material, with the band delivering a tight and focused performance from start to finish.

All in all, the night was a powerful reminder of why Skunk Anansie remains one of the most formidable live acts in the rock world — despite the weather, or perhaps even because of it. Check some photos from the show.
