Norwegian gothic metal veterans Sirenia have recently released a mysteriously titled album “1977” via Napalm Records, and its beautiful gloom and interlacing of heaviness and catchiness made it one of the finest representatives of how old Sirenia meets the new one.
Chaoszine had a lovely chat with Sirenia‘s frontwoman Emmanuelle Zoldan and insightfully talked about the meaning of the album’s title, the development of the band within all these years, the reason for the absence of the choir on the album and other interesting stuff.
