Recently, Dave Grohl’s Studio 606 has been the location for Seven Hours After Violet to track new music. Even though System Of A Down bassist Shavo Odadjian is a key member of that group, these new tracks also feature some additional DNA from the previously mentioned Armenian-American nu metal heroes, as per theprp.
The snare that drummer Josh Johnson is using in these new sessions is the same one that drummer John Dolmayan used on System Of A Down‘s six-time platinum album “Toxicity,” as Odadjian has noted below. In addition to Odadjian, Seven Hours After Violet’s roster includes members of Winds Of Plague, Left To Suffer, and other bands.
