Seven Blood announce debut album ‘Life Is Just A Phase’

German-based alternative outfit Seven Blood have announced their debut album “Life Is Just A Phase”, set for release on 21st November 2025. To celebrate the announcement, the band have today shared a stunning music video for their emotionally-charged new single ‘To The Unknown‘. Watch the video here.

‘To The Unknown‘ sees Seven Blood at their most vulnerable. Written about surrendering to change in times of unease and uncertainty, the single ebbs and flows through atmospheric calm and uplifting melodic elegance – something further enhanced by the striking music video.

Speaking on the single, vocalist Azaria Nasiri shares:

We wanted to point out the moments we experience in life, when you know the time has come for a change. You don’t know if things are gonna be better or worse, I often didn’t even know what exactly to do. Insecurity kicks in. I’m sure everybody has their own experience with this kind of topic and I just wanna support everyone to surrender to the unknown.

The track follows the release of their previous singles ‘Monsters‘, ‘As We Bleed‘, the cathartic ‘House ≠ Home‘ and their debut release ‘Killing From The Inside‘, all of which are available for streaming now.

Building on the growing success that each new single has brought them, including tours alongside bands such as Future Palace, Ankor and Conquer Divide to name a few, Seven Blood’s debut album “Life Is Just A Phase” is set to elevate the band from exciting newcomers into a force to be reckoned with. The album is brimming with raw emotion and captivating honesty, weaving introspective and personal storytelling with an anthemic soundtrack to create an incredibly powerful, relatable record.
