Three Scorpions performances have been canceled due to singer Klaus Meine’s ongoing fight with a disease that has rendered him “unable to sing.” At first, the band called off a show in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 26. Meine “contracted and suspected laryngitis and is unfortunately unable to sing,” the trio disclosed at the time. The band apologized to their fans once more when they called off a performance in Bogota, Colombia, four days later. There are two dates left in Scorpions’ Central and South American tour: May 6 in Aguascalientes and May 8 in Puebla, Mexico, respectively. After that, the band takes a month break before starting a new leg of their tour in Europe that lasts until the end of July. August is when they are expected to perform in the United States.
