Scorching technicality into the night: Decapitated at Club Academy, Manchester, UK

Celebrating over 20 years of neck-breaking metal, Polish technical death metal princes Decapitated powered through their seminal opus, Nihility, along with their marathon of ripping classics without setting any introductions. It was a phenomenal sight to watch Rafal Piotrowski’s intemperate roar echo from the depths as his metal abettor Waclaw “Vogg” Kieltyka blasted out riffs, uniting Manchester with rapturous applauses. With their German comrades Obscura adding flair to the almost sold-out show, it was a fantastic night to end 2023 on a high note to the live circuit!
