Rise of the Northstar release new single “Back 2 Basics” – featuring Landmvrks vocalist
Paris-based crossover metalcore force Rise of the Northstar has joined with Marseille’s Landmvrks frontman Flo Salfati on a new single titled “Back 2 Basics.”
Blending trademark manga-inspired ferocity with a melodic chorus, the track marks a fresh direction for the band while reaffirming its connection to hardcore roots. The partnership evolved organically, as both bands have spent a decade sharing stages and championing France’s next wave of extreme music.
With Salfati recording vocals in his Marseille studio and also handling mixing duties, the track represents a seamless collaboration between the two scenes.
