Qwälen release “Matala Hauta Huutaa” single – third LP “Veri Virtaa Edelleen” out in March

From the cold fringes of Finland’s underground rises black metal punk force Qwälen. The band blends raw extremity with a confrontational edge, and now they push forward with a new single titled “Matala Hauta Huutaa”. The track marks the next step toward their third full length album, “Veri Virtaa Edelleen”, which lands on March 6, 2026 through Time To Kill Records.

With this release, Qwälen sharpen their attack and tighten their focus. The song crashes ahead with scathing black metal intensity and restless punk drive. At the same time, it keeps a firm grip on atmosphere and tension. As a result, the track feels direct and stripped to the bone. It also signals a record that refuses to soften its core.

The band already made the single available on major streaming platforms. Therefore, listeners can step straight into what feels like their most uncompromising chapter so far.

On “Veri Virtaa Edelleen”, Qwälen dive into themes of human decay, fallen gods, and endless fraternal violence. However, they do not preach or offer easy answers. Instead, they channel these ideas into blunt and unfiltered expression. With black metal ideology at the center, the band challenge narrow genre limits and reject empty idols. They turn inward, raise no false heroes, and let rebellion burn from within.

Fans can now preorder the album in digital, vinyl, CD, and cassette formats ahead of its March release.
