President reveals first track “In The Name Of The Father”

On May 15, President, a band associated with Fightstar and Sleep Token, as some have theorized, released their first single, “In The Name Of The Father.” That “inaugural Presidential Address” is available to view below. According to reports, the band, which has so far been cryptically introducing themselves to the public, is fronted by Charlie Simpson of Busted and Fightstar fame. There is obviously some strength behind the ensemble too, given that they’ve already earned a June 15th spot at this year’s ‘Download Festival‘ for their live debut months in advance of this premiere.
