President‘s inaugural live rally in the United States was held at The Gramercy Theatre in New York, NY, on Wednesday, December 3rd, as theprp reports. The event garnered significant attention due to the band’s masked British alternative metal identity and their performance of Deftones‘ 2000 hit single “Change (In The House Of Flies).” This cover was first incorporated into their setlist during a July performance at The Garage in London, UK. Reportedly led by Charlie Simpson, known for his work with Busted and Fightstar, President released their debut EP titled “King Of Terrors” in September. During this recent concert, they also premiered the live version of the EP’s closing track “Conclave.” In the upcoming year, President is scheduled to tour North America as the opening act for a tour featuring Bad Omens and Beartooth.
