Philadelphia-based post-hardcore band Kaonashi have announced the release of their new album “I Want To Go Home” on June 6th via Equal Vision. It will be the follow-up to their 2021 concept album “Dear Lemon House, You Ruined Me: Senior Year” and its accompanying EPs.
Guest artists on the album include Anthony Green (L.S. Dunes, Circa Survive) and Piantini Toribio (Newcomer). The first single “When I Say” is out now and the music video is directed by Vic Antonio – check it out below!
Kaonashi is actively touring until June, performing with Kim Dracula, among others, and doing shows with Sabella, Rakuyo and Ballisti. Although the New York City show is currently missing, the band will be seen in Rutherford, New Jersey on May 30 at the Williams Center with Sabella and Rakuyo.
